Does anybody have any suggestions how much time one should plan for a visit to Sagrada Familia, for a visit to the Picasso Museum and for a visit to Gaudi Museum House? We will be visiting in late September. We are also interested in suggestions for visiting other places during our 3 full days in Barcelona.
I'd suggest 3-4 hours for each. We began a long day at Sagrada Familia, before walking to La Pedrera, and finishing at Parc Güell. If you enjoy modern art, I would add Fundació Joan Miró to your itinerary.
3 hours minimum for Sagrada Familia.
2 hours minimum for Park Guell & Picasso Museum.

If we don't include travel time to and from, I think 3 hours is more than you'll need at La Sagrada Familia if you do not climb one of the towers.
The Picasso Museum tends to be a sardine-like experience. You'll need a pre-booked entry time for sure. The crowds will certainly slow you down. They may also make you decide that you've had enough after an hour or two. I stuck it out for two hours and felt I had covered the museum about as well as I could under the existing conditions.
Thanks for all the info
We visited all of these and frankly, I was underwhelmed by the Picasso Museum with respect to the collection. The Picasso Museum in Paris is so much better. However, the building is quite interesting but if it's art you are interested in head to the Miro Museum instead. We still rave about the Miro Museum and feel like it was truly one of the highlights of our week in BCN. The other place I can highly recommend is Sant Pau, a former hospital from the Modernista era that is a short 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. We love architecture so it was a hit with us as was La Pedrera which I think is what you are referring to as the Gaudi Museum House. As for timing... we found the throngs of people at SF overwhelming and were there for less than 2 hours. The weather was not co-operative and we weren't able to go up the tower so that also limited our options. But it was the hordes of people and tour groups that made us flee from the SF after about an hour or so. The Miro is definitely worth 1.5 to 2 hours and Sant Pau 2+ hours as there is more walking involved. I'd recommend getting advance tickets to La Pedrera and allot about 2.5 - 3 hours.
Again, thanks for the info.
The Gaudi Museum House is not the same as La Pedrera, but confusion is possible The museum house is at Parc Guell but is separately ticketed, I believe. The guidebooks consider it a minor sight. I skipped it myself.
