We are flying into Barcelona for a 10 day trip. Our daughter will come visit with us in Barcelona for a few days Thurs night-Sunday. She will fly back to Sevilla and we will take the train. Any ideas for travel, day trips or not to miss sites. Thank you!
Sevilla is a wonderful city. You should take a train to Córdoba for the day to visit La Mesquita one of the world's important historic and religious sites. You could also travel to Jerez de la Frontera to tour a sherrywinery like Tio Pepe. Cadiz is an interesting small city, one of Europe's oldest. Enjoy all Sevilla has to offer, of course.
Watch articles for a proposed national airport strike in Spain at this time.
Thank you so much! Any more ideas about wineries around Barcelona or Sevilla.
We used this company in Lisbon and we were very pleased: http://culinarybackstreets.com/culinary-walks/barcelona/
