We will be in Granada for one day in August and plan to visit the Alhambra. We are EU over 65 citizens, and would get a reduction in ticket. Wondering if it would be better just to go for the general ticket and then we could go in at the Justice Gate. For concession tickets one has to go in at the ticket office. We have a long day, the day prior, with 3 flights including a Transatlantic flight. Wondering a good time slot to go for when tickets open in May. I think we would prefer the morning. Thinking about 10:30, but could make it 1pm and just do other sites first before the Palacio Nazaries. We plan to get audio guides. Would be very grateful for some help!
In August, I would probably try to see as much as possible as early as possible, because of the increasing heat as the day progresses. However, from the Nasrid Palaces it's pretty much all uphill. Do you know if you can get audio guides near there? When I was there, several years ago, audio guides were only available at the main entrance and had to be returned there as well.
I believe that you can get audio guides at the main ticket office and also at a kiosk by Charles V’s Palace.
