Vermutheria recommendation in Madrid

We are currently in Madrid and eager to try several kinds at a vermuteria.

What’s the collective wisdom recommend?? Thanks.

I went to a bar known for the vermut, Casa Camacho, and the standard house version was a tad Pepsi-ish as vermuts go, but still yummy.
