Is one COVID vaccination classed as fully vaccinated to travel for a 14yr old, as they are only offered one vaccine.
Where do you live? In the U.S., fully vaccinated is 2 doses, 3-4 weeks a part. I don't know that they are doing J & J vaccines for under 18, but the recommendation now for that is another vaccine after 2 months

one dose is not fully vaccinated - - 12 to 16-year-olds are to be offered a second dose. But if your travel is imminent it's a no go.

The UK government annouced today that kids your child's age can get a second shot.
It is very important to get that second shot. A slightly different situation, but a UK family was refused boarding on a cruise departing from US because they didn't match US vaccination requirements even though they would have met UK.
It is the destination policy that matters.
