I don't see any recent posts about UBER. We are in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon Spring of 2019. Is UBER still operating in these cities?

I was in Barcelona in early December and Uber was there and available. I stayed at a hotel with a taxi stand out front so I did not use Uber often while there.

Definitely operating in Lisbon when we were there in October. Used it several times. with no problems.
