Can anyone suggest traditional Spanish foods that don’t have pork in them? Going to be in Andalucia for 8 dayas and I am looking for non pork favorites. TiA!
Well fish of course. Pisto, gazpacho, menestra de veduras, empanadillas de atun, tortilla de patata, etc.
There are many dishes that have no pork. Watch out for vegetables sauteed with ham.
Andalusia is surrounded by water the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterrean sea so you will see a lot of different seafood tapas and also seafood paella. Nonetheless you will see a lot of vegetable tapas (for example I had a grilled artichoke in Malaga and curry potatoes in Granada). familiarize yourself with the vocabulary for pork in Spanish before you go so you can recognize it on the menu.

Be aware that while gazpacho usually doesn't have meat, salmorejo (a creamier variant) is almost always garnished with bits of pork product.
Gambas de oja-Shrimp with garlic sauce
Octopus - delicious

There are many, many dishes without pork. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Paella de Mariscos
Patatas Bravas

Pimientos de Padron
Tortilla Española
Fideuà
Croquetas de Bacalao
Calamares a la andaluza
Calamares a la romana
Esparragos de navarra
Pan con Tomate
Boquerones en vinagre
Chipirones fritos
Pisto Manchego
Pulpo a la Gallega
In addition to previous suggestions I enjoyed Vegetarian Paella in Spain. I avoid pork and found many other options.
Thanks everyone! Are there any beef or poultry dishes?
A few recipes of meat without pork or fish:
Cordero Asado
Pollo Asado
Rabo de Toro
Ciervo en salsa
Perdiz
Pork and Seafood are king in Spain, so finding dishes that feature beef, game, or even poultry is a bit difficult.
I love salmorejo, much more than gazpacho. All you have to do is ask them not to garnish it with ham (sin jamon). It's a good idea to ask when you order salads and vegetable dishes, since diced ham can be sprinkled on almost anything.

Yes, of course. Chicken is as ubiquitous as it is anywhere else in Europe. You can eat steak in almost any restaurant. Oxtail is a particular favourite in Spain plus there are plenty of Italian restaurants and other cuisines.
As noted you might be surprised at the variety of Spanish dishes without pork. Many people talk about Italian cuisine but I really enjoyed my meals in Spain plus the gelato/helado!

I much prefer Spanish over Italian. I find Italian can be a bit simple at times and often lacking the punchy flavours of Spanish food plus there's nothing that I've eaten in Italy that comes anywhere near a good piece of Iberico pork.
Thanks everyone! All of your comments/suggestions are extremely helpful and making my mouth water to enjoy the amazing Spanish cuisine :)
I suggest you translate your wishes to Spanish onto a card to show the waiter. 'sin la carne de cerdo', or or just 'sin cerdo, sin jambon'. (You can always add 'por favor') It may seem overkill to be so specific, but waiters are not as well versed as cooks and sometimes things are lost in translation.
