A bit OT but I've been watching this Catalan series on Netflix called if "If I Hadn't Met You" or “Si No T'hagués Conegut” about parallel worlds and the main character always seems to be driving through a tunnel in some hills around or in Barcelona. Just wondering if anyone knows where this might be located.

He seems to drive through the tunnel every episode (part of the theme) but I think he's going to Girona the first time.
It might be the Túneles de Vallvidrera?

If you're referring to the very brief scene from 1'00" to 1'05" at the beginning of every episode, I can tell you it's certainly not the Tunels de Vallvidrera. Those are far wider as there are several car lanes each way. It rather looks like a train tunnel to me as one can barely see the tracks, but again, I wouldn't think it's in Barcelona either -it might be a CGI effect or a generic stock video footage.
