Trouble buying tickets for Picasso Museum

Hi, all--I'm attempting to buy tickets for a guided tour at the Picasso Museum in Barcelona. I was successful once in completing a transaction, but unfortunately my Mastercard issuer flagged it as suspicious. I verified that it was my attempted purchase; normally I'm then able to try again and it works. But it didn't, and since that, I've tried my Visa, a different browser, clearing my cache, all the things...but when I click purchase, it sends me back to the sales summary page and no transaction is completed. I've emailed the museum, but I'm just wondering if others have had the problem and if you have a solution. They don't have another way to pay, like PayPal (that I see, anyway).

I'm considering buying the Articket BCN to bypass the museum site, though it's not really a deal for my 18-year-old student--and I'm not sure if it's possible to get the guided tour added on to that.

I had a similar problem recently when I was trying to buy tickets for the Seville Cathedral. After I talked to my bank and verified that everything was fine on their end, I waited a few days and tried again with no issues. So, I would just wait and try again in a few days.

Thank you, Carrie! I was able to successfully buy tickets just now, using a different profile in Chrome. I should also credit the museum with getting back to me quickly, but they just sent me the direct link and suggested using "a different electronic device," which may not be possible for everyone.

Question for anyone who has taken the guided tour: How long does it last, and does it cover the museum fairly thoroughly? We enjoy art museums and don't want to rush through--will we want to spend more time there after the tour? I'm trying to figure out scheduling for timed entry elsewhere after that, and want to know how much time to allow.

I've been to the Picasso Museum on a tour, but it was a tour offered by the Barcelona Tourism Office rather than by the museum itself. In my somewhat limited experience of art-museum tours, the guide typically picks out a few works of interest and spends most of the time on them. An extra challenge at the Picasso Museum is that it can be unbelievably crowded--though conditions vary.

I'd plan to spend some extra time in the museum. It's not large, but it was difficult for me back in 2016 to get close enough to the wall to read the descriptive information.
