Travel - Paris , Madrid Barcelona

Hi

Im planning to travel from Paris to Madrid or Barcelona in July first by train and then to the other Barcelona/Madrid. Where to look for fast trains ? To plan the trip. Or is it better to fly to Spain from Paris ?

Any guided local tours we are 5 of us travelling together. Planning 3 days in Madrid, 1 day Travel and 3 days in Barcelona.

Also which airport has better international flights from Madrid or Barcelona to Newark or JFK.

The easiest way is taking a fly from Paris to Spain. The departures normaly are in Orly Airport, outside of Paris.
Barcelona and Madrid has a lot of departures, but Barajas IS the principal airport of Spain.
