Hello,
My wife, adult daughter and I are bookending our trip to Madrid with two nights each in Toledo and Sevilla during Easter Break.
(Preliminary itinerary: Madrid (three nights over Easter weekend), Toledo (two nights), Sevilla (two nights) and back to Madrid for two nights).
Based on my preliminary look into RS' Spain, it appears that there is no direct train from Toledo to Sevilla and we must back track to Madrid to catch the 2.5-3 hour train to Sevilla. I also appears the Toledo / Sevilla train may sell out during the 7:00-10:00 & 18:00-20:00 hours due to commuting workers & day-trippers.
I am trying to figure out the most efficient route to travel from Toledo to Sevilla. If returning to Madrid, is the Toledo arrival train and the Sevilla departure in the same station (Atocha)? We are travelling on a Wednesday and returning on Friday but we may add a third night in Sevilla if the day of travel is a long one.
Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you.
Regards,
Jeff from New Jersey
