We have hard time to find a way from Seville to Lisbon by bus or train. Also we like if possible to stop in Evora. Please help. We do not mind if we go to Jerez and than to Lisbon.

There is no train that goes all the way between those two cities (unless you detour via the night train from Madrid to Lisbon, which would be expensive). The direct buses run twice per day departing Seville Plaza de Armas station around 15:00 and 24:00 and taking 7 hours; see also p.716 of Rick's Spain book or www.alsa.es.
