We have an extra day for travel between San Sebastián and figueres before heading down to Barcelona in a rental car. Where should we go to break up the trip? We considered Toulouse . Any other suggestion?

There's an interesting historic district and a quite impressive restored Moorish palace, the Aljaferia (English audio guide available).
If you're traveling mid-summer, be aware that Zaragoza can be very hot at that time. The average mid-summer high temperature is 6 or 7 degrees F. above Barcelona's.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes we want to see the Moorish sights. We are traveling tomorrow so aren't worried about too much heat! Btw, we are from northern Virginia. Thanks!
