Transportation to/from train/bus stations -- arrange now

Can anyone recommend a car service which can be booked in advance to get to/from various train and bus stations and airports throughout the country? Hoping to find one company to schedule all.

We are flying into Madrid and will use an airport cab to get to hotel. We are taking day trips from Madrid, Seville, and Barc plus traveling between some towns via train. We're flying into Barc from Granada and will take an airport cab as well.

Madrid -- to and from hotel/train station and to and from hotel/bus station
Seville -- to and from train station [2x]
Granada -- to airport
Barc -- to and from hotel/train station
Barcelona -- to airport

I realize all this can be arranged the day of with the assistance of the hotel. No need to convince me otherwise. However, I prefer to prearrange these transfers. Thank you!

Why would you waste money doing this? It's easy to find a taxi in those cities. There was a taxi stand at every train station we arrived at and wait time was minimal. We used Uber a few times to get from hotel to station. Larger hotels have taxi stands that we walked to a few times to get to a train station.

I’ll only speak for my turf, Barcelona. 🙂

Private transfers are not really a thing here, simply because public transport between the city, airport and main stations is excellent: cheap, safe, clean, frequent and easy to use. So the demand for pre-booked private car services is insignificant.

That said, Barcelona has well over 10,000 taxis, and you can absolutely pre-book one through several companies or apps. You really don’t need to do it months ahead, though. A few days before is plenty.

For reference, a normal taxi between the airport and central Barcelona will often be somewhere around 35-50€, depending on traffic, time and exactly where you're staying. A private transfer can easily cost quite a bit more for essentially the same journey, which is another reason they’re not especially popular here. Note: that's per car, not per passenger (up to 4 in a regular taxi)

And if price matters, there are much cheaper ways to get to/from the airport: Aerobús, metro, train and regular buses, depending on where you're staying, ranging from 2€ to 6€ per person.

So if your priority is simply having everything prearranged, I’d pre-book regular taxis.
