What is the best way to get from Jerez de la Frontera to Toledo?
What is the best way to get from Jerez de la Frontera to Cordoba?
Is it possible to do: Jerez to Cordoba to Toledo? If so, what's the best way to do this?

Not sure about best, but they are all connected by railway. If you use Renfe it probably won't show a route since it's searches don't handle train changes well.
But there is a moderately fast service between Jerez and Cordoba (2 to 3 hours, depending on the service you choose). Then a fast service from Cordoba to Madrid (under 2 hours), from where there is a service to Toledo (about 30 minutes).
I'm assuming you want to actually stop in Cordoba. If not then between Jerez and Toledo, it might be quicker to go to Sevilla, change to the fast service to Madrid, then change to Toledo.
Whilst Renfe cannot often cope with "complicated" routes, something like Loco2 should able to and show options. Or use Renfe but break down the request into separate legs.
There are also flights between Jerez airport and Madrid. Though, in practice, I'm not sure that would be hugely faster overall and, clearly, is no good if you do want to stop in Cordoba.
