Does anyone have any suggestion on transportation from the train station in Barcelona to the Gothic district? We will be arriving Barcelona by train from Paris and we will be staying at Hotel Reding. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The website for your hotel says a taxi from the RR station would be about 30 euro. Since you are four people that looks like the best way to me.

I agree with Norma. Taxi can be a fine value for much of your Barcelona sightseeing when shared by four.

For four the taxi makes good sense...you might save an euro or two on the bus (more if you are solo), but not enough to go through the bus routine for four...go for the taxi!!
