Transfer from MAD to Segovia October 2026

Hello travelers,

We land in MAD at 3:55 pm local time on Sunday October 11. Our plan is to go straight from airport to Segovia - I know we can take train / bus combo but considering splurging on a car service since we’ll be tired after a long journey from California.

Any recommendations for a car service from MAD to Segovia?
Are ride share options a reliable option from MAD- especially on Sunday afternoon?
Are metered taxis reliable ( no price gouging etc).

Appreciate any first hand recommendations!

I have hired private drivers in Spain, but not for that particular route.
I have contacted a few services for my own transfer from Barcelona airport to Girona next month.
The best prices were given by this company, taxitransfers24; they drive from all airports in Spain.

I am getting 185 euro for your proposed route, from Madrid Airport Taxi Transfers.....but shop around.

In your situation, I would contact that company, and maybe a couple of others that you find online. Then you can compare their prices with the official rate for MAD-Segovia. I would also be sure to ask your hotel in Segovia who they recommend, as surely they have good knowledge...
