Train vs bus

We’ll be there beginning of November. I’m trying to decide between train vs bus

  1. from Sevilla to Granada (Got Alhambra tickets!) .. Though we love trains, I’m leaning towards bus because flexibility and to see views (?) we might not as train passengers, and to get a sense of roads in case we get brave and do driving on a future trip. Thoughts?

    1. Granada to Cordoba (Sunday Nov 6th). Should we stick to train this leg?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I would use Alsa bus for Sevilla to Granada and the train to Cordoba

My mom and I took the ALSA bus on those 2 routes. We went from Córdoba to Granada, and Granada to Sevilla.

Since the Granada bus station is on the outskirts of the city, we took an inexpensive taxi to/ from our hotel.
The bus was comfortable and reliable.
You will need to place your luggage in the hold below and keep your personal item with you on the bus,

While in Granada make sure to go to Heladería Los Italianos for a delicious ice cream.

Edited to add…
The bus station in Córdoba is right across the street from the train station.

Wishing you a wonderful trip!
