Does anyone know if there's a website where train strikes are announced ahead of time? I last traveled in Italy and they did have one. It certainly helped with planning.
Hopefully someone has a better source than this one:

I don’t see any mention here about the strike that was supposed to take place this week or the fact that it was called off. Hopefully, this news means no strikes in the immediate future.
The train strike has been called off and trains are expected to run normally since this evening.
Italy is kind of known for their train strikes. Think of the history of Spain since WWII vs. Italy, not the same trade union history there.
Thanks. I was wondering if Spain did this routinely (as it seemed like Italy does) and announced their strikes (as Italy and I think some other EU nations do). And, if so, how do I find out.
Press does this job -local press, obviously. Some union websites as well, but that's not necessarily given.
