Train from Valencia to Barcelona and train from Barcelona to Madrid

Would appreciate recommendations on which train to take from Valencia to Barcelona and Barcelona to Madrid.

I slightly prefer Iryo to the national train company Renfe, but price/timing is more important. Barcelona to Madrid you'll want a high speed train.

Valencia to Barcelona, you only have Renfe.
