We will be traveling from San Sebastian to Barcelona end of May. Any suggestions on which train website to use?
I have been reading a few of the post and it has become confusing since I booked a few years back. From Barcelona we will be headed to Rose, Spain. Any suggestions on transportation there. We thought we would continue on the train to Figueres and hire a driver from there. I believe Rose is a short ride by bus or taxi. Any Information is good. It's been awhile since I have been in Spain and used the rail service. Any other suggestion on the Rose area would be great as well. We are going to hike San Sebastian and Rose then travel back to Barcelona before we head back home. TIA.

I think you mean Roses on the Costa Brava? ( Rosas in Spanish). We have been to nearby Cadaqués. The area is beautiful.

From Barcelona, you can take the train to either Girona or Figueres and bus from there.

We have used the Trainline EU app both in spain and france. Works great on both IPAD and Iphone.
