I think it is Chamartin, but you should check on the Renfe site, or Trainline.

Chamartin. You can get there via commuter rail from the center of Madrid for free with your high speed train ticket.

Madrid train station is Madrid-Chamartin-Clara Campoamor,
Segovia new high speed train station is Segovia Guiomar.
Better purchase tickets ahead, because is popular route and ticket price from €11 to almost €40.
Segovia public bus accept cash and credit card.
