We are traveling from Madrid to Ronda on Tuesday November 21st in the most efficient way. We aren’t seeing train tickets available. Is there something going on with that route?

When I check Renfe.com, I see 3 trains scheduled for your route, Madrid to Ronda, (7:25, 15:10, & 16:35) but only till November 15.
I’d presume there will be trains running your route on November 21, just keep checking.
Please note that there’s infrastructure work undergoing presently (June 1 - October 16) which is affecting the high speed trains from Madrid to Andalucía.

Por obras de mejora en la infraestructura del 1 de junio al 16 de
octubre, viajeros origen Atocha o paradas intermedias destino Ronda,
viajarán en tren hasta Antequera S.A. y desde ésta hasta Ronda en
autobús. Viajeros origen Atocha o paradas intermedias destinos San
Roque y Algeciras, viajarán en tren hasta Málaga y desde ésta en
autobús hasta destino.Due to infrastructure improvement works from June 1 to October 16, travelers originating from Atocha or intermediate stops to Ronda will travel by train to Antequera S.A. and from there to Ronda by bus. Travelers originating from Atocha or intermediate stops to San Roque and Algeciras will travel by train to Malaga and from there by bus to their destination.
Work is scheduled to be completed on October 16 but it may take longer than reported.
