we are hoping to take the train from Granada to Rhonda. I am having trouble figuring the best way to do so. We plan on spending a night or 2 in Rhonda and then head out to Seville. Any recommendations on how to figure out trains?

The spelling of the town is Ronda not Rhonda.
Search the Renfe website
https://www.renfe.com/es/en/travel/prepare-your-trip/billetes-ave-y-largadistancia/all-tickets
with that spelling and select the route that takes the least amount of time.
