Does anyone know why this train trip will not come up on any site? We are within 60 days of our trip and it appears that there should be a train option connecting the two cities, but no matter how I enter the information, it won't come up.

I think the seasonal schedule changes take place in early June, and that often delays availability of information for subsequent dates.

I just looked at the schedule for May 26th on loco2.com, and there are multiple trains with no changes. You can go to loco2 and have them email you when the tickets for the date you want are available. And, no, you don't have to pay in advance.
Edit to add that I am assuming that the schedule will be the same or better on June 26th~
