I've found a tour I prefer of Barcelona by Tours4fun but cannot find any ratings or reviews for this company. Are they legit-honest? Their website offers tours in many other cities as well. Don't want to book it until I have some info about them. Their pick up point seems to be at the 'Palau de la Musica/Palace of Catalan Music and drop off is at last tour stop. This is an all day tour by bus including inside visits at Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and La Pedrera with a drive in Montjuic & walks in Barrio Gotic & the Born districts. The product code shows it to be #2563-48447. I did not find this tour company listed with Rick Steves so am hoping for a qualified response.

I am not familiar with this trip in Barcelona (is it a day trip or a multi day tour of Barcelona?) but I'm familiar with Tours4Fun and a similar company called TAKE Tours from Trip Advisor. Specifically, I am familiar with complaints about their multi-day tours in the US. The complaints usually indicate that the tours are conducted in Chinese with differing levels of translation for English-speakers.
I don't know if they use the same model in Europe but you should carefully read the tour information for mention of bilingual presentations.
