Tour guides in Sevilla, Spain

We are planning a trip to Sevilla in January. Our guidebook is from 2020 and so far, all the tour guides we've contacted have failed to respond. This wasn't the case in any of the other Cities we are visiting. Can anyone let us know if there are new recommendations for professional guides in Sevilla whom we could contact?

Thank you,
David Matthews

As far as I know, Concepcion Delgado is still working with Sevilla Walking Tours. She is excellent, and I don't know why she or the company wouldn't have responded. I expect the company's other guides are good too, all I can suggest is that you keep trying with them.

Not a good idea to put your phone number on a post in a public forum like this. Anyone who wants to contact you can reply, as I have, or send you a private message.

We used Seville walking tours this past October. When I first contacted her she was having trouble with her computer and finally emailed with an apology. In the meantime, try toursbylocals.com. We just used one of their guides in October in Toledo for 2 tours. One an evening walking tour and one in the cathedral. He was excellent.

"Tours by Locals" is a re-seller of other peoples tours, just like Viator, Get Your Guides, etc. Tour guides and companies pay a 20% commission to be listed with them.
Have you looked on Trip Advisor for local tour companies that actually list their websites?

And, as an answer to Ms Jo, the commission rates of the intermediary companies mentioned are now mostly 25%, with an special mention to TripAdvisor, where they believe that 25% is not good enough...

I'd also recommend Seville Walks. We had Alfonson(?) and he was absolutely the best guide, his English was excellent and I learned a lot about the city. Please also note that Spain doesn't have the best internet service(hello RENFE website) so sometimes you may have to wait a bit.
