Will be in Madrid for 4 nights before train to Cordoba for Andalucia tour. We want to see Toledo, too. Should we plan a day trip from Madrid or an overnight en route to Cordoba?
(Also — if an overnight to Toledo, any hotel recommendations?). Thanks!
Just FYI - From Toledo you'll have to backtrack to Madrid to get the train to Cordoba. I stayed at Hospedium Hotel Posada de la Sillería.
As stated, if you overnight in Toledo you need to go back through Madrid to reach Córdoba. The last couple times we visited Toledo we stayed at Hotel María Cristina. For an upcoming trip we’re staying at the Parador. If you wanted to overnight there, you could go to Toledo first then come back to Madrid for three nights.
