How long the ticket line will be in February?
Do I need to buy the tickets online beforehand?

So, its been 4-5 years since we were there. We were there in November. We purchased the tickets morning of at about 8 or 9. Very few people at that time though definitely picks up as the day trippers arrive.

You don't need to pre-buy the tickets. I was just there in November. You go to the gift shop across the road from the cathedral entrance and buy the tickets there.

Concur with the previous posters -- you don't need to buy in advance. Last time I was there, shortly after Christmas 2021 (a busy time for visitors), we waited 5 or 10 minutes in line to buy tickets.
The audioguide is pretty good.
