We will be in Toledo for one day, Saturday 9/3. Do (and can we?) we have to book reservations in advance for the cathedral? So many other places need advance reservations, but I'm not seeing it for the cathedral here.

No place to reserve a time on the cathedral website. It simply says tickets are only valid on the day they are issued. It is open most days from 10am to 6pm.
