Toledo

Hello All,

I will be in Toledo for one night on the 24th of October. Could some one suggest a good / authentic restaurant that serves traditional Toledo food . There are some suggestions in Rick Steve's book. But any personal experience ? Also any other suggestion about spending the evening in Toledo like a local.

I've eaten at Restaurante-Meson Palacios a few times and find it excellent. Simple but good food specializing in the local cuisine. It is in the RS books.

Wandering the narrow streets in the evening, when crowds are thinned out is the best thing about Toledo in the evening. Bring a good map and then just wander. Get away from the main lanes and you'll discover all kinds of amazing things and more local experiences.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch of authentic tapas at El Trébol

Toledo is amazingly beautiful, enjoy!
