Hello, what is the general tipping guideline for tour guides in Spain? We are a large family of 12 & have a private tour guide & driver for 3 days of tours planned. I wanted to make sure to tip appropriately but also do not want to over tip.

Was wondering about the same, but mostly on the FREE TOUR arrangement, where the tour itself is free, but its generally expected to tip the guide.
I generally tip 20%, especially in a situation like this where you will be with the person exclusively for multiple days-- I would air on the side of generosity. Hope that helps!
We took one private tour and four small-group tours when we were in Spain in October 2017. We tipped the three best guides 20 Euros, and the two others received 10 Euro tips.
We were extremely satisfied with the "20 Euro" guides and tipped them accordingly.
