Personally, zero. That’s why you negotiate the price at the outset.
Is the driver literally carrying luggage, loading and unloading, and carrying it to and from your lodging, like a porter? That might warrant at least a Euro per person, per day.
Sounds like he was good, you like him and appreciate his service. For that I would give not more (EDIT) than 10% of the fee you are paying. That would be consistent with the local norm in the less common instances when tips are given.
I'm going to assume that a personal guide who drove 4 people around Spain for 12 days and stayed with you the whole time charged quite a substantial fee and as such my opinion would be that a tip is not necessary.
