Due to arriving in Madrid at what I consider an ungodly hour after a red eye, 06:30, I have ordered a hired car for pick up and delivery to my hotel. How much, if anything, do I tip this driver? Thanks!

I don't tend to tip cab drivers for this route. For a car and driver, I'd consider tipping if they were easy to find at departure with a clear sign, helped with luggage (in and out), and talked or didn't talk, depending on my mood (so, not talk). Even then, I'd max out at 5 euros.
