Technical Sagrada Fam ticket question Apple wallet

I’ve got the app. Got the tickets. Emailed one to my husband so he can listen to the audio guide. When I click on the button to send to Apple wallet it just spins and spins. I even turned my phone off and back on.

Yes, I also got tickets and I have them in the app, but I can’t add them to my iPhone Apple wallet. I used them in the app to enter Sagrada Familia just a couple of weeks ago. No problems.
