Wondering how easy it is to get a taxi cab from the train station in Miranda de Ebro to Haro? Also, this will be on Sunday June 29th mid to late morning, which i know is a busy day for the wine fight!
Where are you coming from on the train to Miranda? That may not be the best way to get around, as the bus can be just as good.
Here are some links that might help you.
This is a charter bus from Logroño that will take you to Haro and back.
Here is a more general 'how to get to the wine battle" link.
dlindstrom thank you so much for your reply!
we are coming from Madrid, getting to Miranda around 10 or 11am i believe and staying in Haro for 2 nights, 29th-1st.
your link to the bus charter to the wine fight got me thinking of changing our plans, taking the train on Saturday and staying in Logrono 28th-1st instead. Logrono might be a better landing point and i think missing the wine fight would be regrettable!
@mldentremont
if you are going to go Madrid to Logroño, again take a look a the bus. Alsa has many buses from Madrid to Logroño, and they are as quick as the train. You can even go straight from the airport.
