I'm planning a trip to Tavira and would then like to continue my travels to Seville via bus. Despite contacting the consulate, I'm not clear on the requirements to cross the border as far as if there is a need to present proof of negative covid test or anything else such as a QR code for Spain. Does anyone have any advise concerning this topic?

Right now, no test is needed to enter Spain from Portugal for those fully vaccinated. However, if entering Portugal you’ll need a PCR within 72 hours or an antigen test with 24 hours even those who are fully vaccinated The U.S. Embassy in Portugal website has the latest information although it seems a little confusing.
