Help! Our ferry trip to Tangier was canceled due to bad weather. Stuck in Tarifa for the day with no plans and 30 mph winds. Already did Jerez yesterday. Any suggestions for a destination inland to get out of the wind? Sure wishing I had brought more of my RS book along !

Ronda? Estepona? Marbella?
Unfortunately you won't avoid the wind along the coast, it is windy at this time of year.
There's a fantastic little village just north of Estepona, Benahavis which has been described as the gourmet capital of the Costa Del Sol. It has a number of fantastic restaurants and if it was me I'd head there for lunch and then perhaps drive to Ronda afterwards.
