We will be flying in to Barcelona and leaving the next day on a cruise. What hotel would be best to stay at that is easy to get to from th airport and has transportation the next day to the cruise port? Thank you.

It has been over 12 years since we did a couple of cruses out of Barcelona. I don't remember the hotels where we stayed.
There is one (we didn't stay there because it was very expensive) very near the cruise port where you can walk to the ship.
I suggest that you use TripAdvisor.com with its map feature (where you can book a convenient place). Still, I don't think taxis are expensive in Barcelona.

Last transatlantic we did in 2022, we stayed at the H10 Marina the night before, a short cab ride to the correct pier. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel, too.

Just get a decent hotel in your price range. Taxis are inexpensive
