Has anybody taken tours in Barcelona with TakeWalk Tours? Is there a tour group you would recommend?

Pam, I have not used TakeWalks in Barcelona, but loved Runnerbean free walking tours there. We took the Gothic Tour and the Gaudi Tour. Recommended by RS guidebook and other RS Forum contributors. These are especially conducive if you are limited on time. They do offer private tours as well, but we felt the two comprehensive free tours were excellent. We ended up returning to visit the interior of La Sagrada Familia on a self tour.

I especially liked the Barri Gotic tour offered by the tourist office. Our group seemed smaller than some of the other tours we bumped into along the way.

I have been extremely happy with the experiences on AirBNB. You go on their site and look through what interest you. Some are walking, others by bike, depends on who the guide is and the tour they developed.
