We will be in Seville on a Sunday. Is it a good day to visit or are a lot of things closed including shops?
The "aperitivo" time when everyone meets for the wines and tapas before lunch is a great time to be in Seville on a Sunday. You don´t really need shops to open on a Sunday. Bars and restaurants will be crammed.
