Summer train schedules - Renfe is only going out a few weeks for my trip

Hello more-savvy-travelers-than-I...!

I saw a post about some train disruptions going out of Madrid, but it did not appear to affect the trip I am trying to book. We are looking to take the overnight Trenhotel from Madrid to Ferrol in mid June, but the Renfe site is only allowing that booking about 3-weeks out from today...

Am I missing something? Are the "planned disruptions" affecting that line as well? Or is this just a case of "they will get to the schedule when they get to it" and I just need to be more patient???

Any helpful thoughts are appreciated.

(Rarely) schedules and (possibly/probably) prices change twice a year, one of those times being first or second week in June so you will get the schedule when you get it :-)
When you can show me where you found this information on 'train disruptions going out of Madrid' I might comment further.

I'd guess it's the latter. Traditionally, many Spanish summer train schedules are not published much before the June 13 schedule change actually takes effect. Renfe is now committing earlier to popular, fast trains, but night trains are probably low priority. While summer schedule changes are usually minimal, that night train can't be counted on until schedules are published.

Thank you. I forgot the schedules change in June...I plan on travelling around the 14th or 15th, so I guess I will just have to wait and see. The post I was referencing regarding "Summer disruptions" was on this forum a week or so ago. Here is the post title, and date and time, if you want to look at it.

Robert - the disruptions are at the approaches to Granada and not associated with anything leaving or arriving the vicinity of Madrid.
