We're planning to stay in Torla for 5 nights in mid June, hiking and walking in the Ordesa National Park. Any suggestions for other sights and/or attractions in the area? We'll have a car.

How about Jaca? It's a good town with intact walls of a star fort and an okay cathedral. Use the road going initially straight west out of Torla for the best scenery. Something less than an hour to get over there.
If you head north toward Luz, about four miles after you get into France, there's a Templar chapel. Follow that road to the west and there's a tourist office. Right nearby you can get onto a loop of the GR10 if you want to claim bragging rights to having done a bit of it.
