I was wondering if anyone has done the rooftop tour at the cathedral and how bad are the stairs? It says there are 120 stairs and that sounds very daunting but, if the riser is not very high, I should be okay. However, if the stairs are like the ones in my home I would not be able to do it.

I did this tour back in 2018, but I don't remember anything about the stairs. I am sure there are some youtube videos out there showing this tour. Then you could look at the stairs and see how high they are.

I've viewed a number of videos and they don't show the actual stairs. One showed the vistas, and I heard people huffing and puffing. This blogger said that there were 105 stairs that were "higher than normal." (Cathedral website says 120, they maybe start the count at different places?) Regardless, it's still a bit of a mystery, as I saw glimpses of some stairs in a video that looked to be not that high in the rise. One may take that to mean higher than normal stairs as typically found in cathedral or simply higher than normal.
At any rate, I'm off to go try to climb my two flights of stairs (gulp) 9 times to see how I do.
