SpTH form - is new form needed for each re-entry?

Hi, we are travelling to Barcelona next week and intend to complete the SpTH form prior to arriving (by airplane).

About 10 days later, we will drive into SW France for a few days, then return to Spain by car. Do we need to complete a new SpTH form? The form indicates that it might only be needed for air travel. Does anyone know?

It's only for air travel as far as I know. There is no one manning the land border who would check your QR code to begin with.
