We will be traveling through Spain from the US next week. I completed the Spain Travel Health forms online a few weeks ago and not on the app initially, which means I will have to bring hard copies of required documentation with me when I travel to be able to enter the country (Spain). I did it online because I am more comfortable on my laptop and not on an app, but now I see it will be much easier for our family to travel with all of this info in the app instead.
Has anyone tried to register both online and then later with the app? I am having trouble now converting to the app - it's almost as if I am creating a whole other registration, and not just adding the app registration to an existing account.
Not sure if SpTH requires you to choose one registration over the other and then "forbids" you to convert - I can't seem to get back to the registration page to find out. Customer support is nil.
Thanks in advance. (Admittedly I find technology somewhat temperamental - just adding to my fear of clicking the wrong thing that would deny us entry into Spain!!!)
