How do I return a rental car on a Spanish holiday, November 1, in either Cordoba or Malaga:?all offices are closed.

Málaga airport office has to be open. Or you could perhaps do an after-hours return (take tons of photos of the car if you do).

I have found in Italy, that the airport rental office is open when the city office is closed. Airports usually never close, although a bus to or from an airport may not be running.
