Spain itinerary in late April to May

My husband and I are combining a honeymoon and a trip to visit family in Seville in late April early May. I would appreciate any comments about our itinerary. We are pretty set in the first part through Barcelona but are not sure how many days to stay in Grenada or Barcelona. We are also trying to decide if we should go to Majorica or to San Sebastian after Barcelona. We are planning to fly from Granada to Barcelona and then can do either fly or take the train.
Thanks.

4/26-4/29 Seville (possible day trips to Cordoba, Ronda, Cadiz)
4/29-4/30 Granada (fly to Barcelona on Vueling)
4/30-5/2 Barcelona
Option 1
5/2-5/4 Madrid (possible day trip to Toledo)
5/4-5/5 Salamanca
5/5-5/7 San Sebastian
5/7 train to Madrid for flight to US leaving at 4:45 pm
Option 2
5/2-5/5 Majorica
5/5-5/7 Madrid

To me, option 1 looks much more interesting, but very rushed. You could make it more efficient by moving your days in Madrid to the end. You have to leave from there, so why go twice? Also, you would really have just one full and two part days there with the plan as it now stands. Same is true for Barcelona. You only have two or three days in Seville, and you want to do three day trips? My advice is to scratch the idea of those day trips and to eliminate S. Sebastian. Add those days to Madrid and Barcelona.
