Any recommendations for Spain covid insurance?

Where and when are you traveling? Some autonomous regions in Spain have setup insurance for tourists to help promote tourism and economic recovery. I know Andalusia is doing this at least until the end of the year. Might be something worth investigating.

Are you asking about travel insurance that includes coverage for covid? Or some type of specialized covid insurance just for Spain. I know some of the travel insurance policies specifically excluded covid because it was viewed as a pandemic. Need to read fine print.

There are Covid policies, however, if you want one that will cover possible quarantine time AFTER your trip, make sure you get the upgraded policy.
For example, we looked at TinLeg for our trip. There is a GOLD policy that cover cancellations due to Covid, but does NOT cover having to stay in country. The LUXURY policy covers 7 days after your trip for hospital or hotel.
Always read the fine print and CALL the toll free number if you have questions, they are very helpful...wait on hold can take a while.
