Spain in February for a week?

I've got a week in mid-February, and am itching to return to Spain or Portugal. I've been to Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Ronda, Cordoba, Grenada, Toledo, Segovia, and Lisbon, Salema, Sintra, Coimbra, Guimares, and Porto. Any suggestions? Flying out of Boston, love doing public transportation (in other words, prefer not to rent a car), so buses and trains are fine. I'm curious about Bilbao, Caceres, Zaragoza, and wouldn't mind returning to Seville.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!

There are a number of small cities within an hour of Cáceres, so it would make a nice base. Nearby cities include Mérida, Trujillo, Guadalupe, Plasencia, and Badajoz.

While Zaragoza is nice for a couple days I wouldn’t want to spend a week there. Although there are plenty of smaller towns and villages worth visiting in the area, public transportation may be sporadic.

I have to add that I haven’t been to either in mid-February, but both Aragón (May) and Extremadura (October) were very nice when I visited.

I can't help you with Portugal as I've only been to Lisbon. But, I returned a few weeks ago from a cruise that included stops at three different Canary Islands, as well as Cadiz and Malaga. None of these locations had been on my radar before the cruise but I am so glad that I got to go to them. Seville is easy to reach from Cadiz, so perhaps that might work for you to experience someplace new to combine with an old favorite.
